The Team

At Hartwig Care we recognise that everybody has different needs when it comes to their Care. We have therefore set up specialist Care teams which enable us to provide the appropriate Care and support for each of our Clients.

Each team is headed up by a Care Manager who oversees and manages the work of the carers and ensures that every Client gets the Care they require.

Our teams are divided into:

• Dementia and elderly & frail
• Physical and neurological disabilities
• Mental health
• Learning disabilities
